State-Level One-Day Hip-Hop Dance Battle Competition 2026 Held at Yangang
Namchi, 25 July : The State-Level One-Day Hip-Hop Dance Battle Competition 2026 was successfully held today at the Yangang Auditorium Hall, bringing together exceptionally talented dancers from across Sikkim. The event also featured enthusiastic participants from Delhi, Siliguri, Kalimpong, and Kolkata, creating a vibrant celebration of hip-hop culture, creativity, and artistic excellence.
The programme was honoured by the presence of Area MLA-cum-Deputy Speaker Smt. Raj Kumari Thapa as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished dignitaries included IFFCO Chairman Shri R.K. Basnet, Shri M.B. Gurung (spouse of the Area MLA), State-Level Literature Wing Shri Parshu Dhakal, South District Nari Vice Convenor Smt. Parmila Tamang; SHO Yangang, Shri Rajeev Mukhia; ACF Shri Zigdol Bhutia; Youth Wing, Nari Wing, Panchayat Presidents, Panchayat Members, departmental heads, SKM Party karyakartas, social workers, and the public.
