GPU under Namchi BAC celebrated "JAL ARPAN DIWAS".

Tingrithang GPU under Namchi BAC conducted Annual Gram Sabha today at GPK Bhawan under the Chairmanship of Panchayat President Shri Peter Lepcha to adopt Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) and Labour Budget for Financial Year 2026-27.
Along with Gram Sabha, GPU also celebrated "JAL ARPAN DiWAS" as a integral part of Jal Jeewan Mission where Pledge has been administerd by BDO Namchi. Jal Arpan Diwas has been celebrated for smooth functioning and long term sustainabilty of village water system.
Prior to the Gram Sabha, all Honourable Panchayats, BAC Officials and public tied the rope in water tank as a part of "JAL BANDHAN".
The other dignitaries present were Zilla Panchayat Damthang-Tingrithang TC, OSD Smart City Mrs Tshering Dem Bhutia, All Ward Panchayats, BDO Namchi Mr Upendra Rai, ADO Ms Nikam Tamang, CDPO Mr Laxuman Tamang, AE BAC Mr Nilesh Rai, and representative from all department.
