Mobile Technician Training Under RAMP Scheme Commences at State Institute of Capacity Building

Karfectar, Jorethang, 18 November:

Training on mobile technician training under RAMP scheme of Ministry of MSME , Government of India, organised by Commerce and Industries Department, Government of Sikkim in collaboration with Positron Computer Education Institute, officially inaugurated the Mobile Technician Training Program under the RAMP Scheme today, 18th November.

The launch event was graced by officials from the District Industries Centre (DIC), including Miss Pooja Rai, Inspector, and Mr. Prajwal Rai, Inspector, whose presence added significance to the occasion mark the beginning of this skill-development initiative aimed at empowering youth with job-oriented technical training.

Representing Positron Computer Education Institute, Managing Director, attended the program alongside Centre Head, Mr. Leeraj Mani Pradhan, who will be overseeing the training operations at the centre.

The training program will be conducted by Master Trainer well-trained and experienced trainer in the field of mobile technology. His expertise is expected to greatly benefit the trainees and enhance the overall quality of the program.

The Mobile Technician course under the RAMP Scheme is designed to equip trainees with comprehensive knowledge in smartphone hardware, diagnostics, repair techniques, and troubleshooting skills, ultimately improving employability and opening pathways for entrepreneurship among the youth.

The Commerce and Industries Department reaffirmed its commitment to fostering skill-based learning in collaboration with reputed training partners, ensuring high-quality and industry-relevant education for local students.
