Honorable Vice President of India Mr. C. P. Radhakrishnan's two-day official tour of Sikkim was successfully completed today. Before departure, Hon'ble Vice President held a formal meeting with Hon'ble Governor Mr. Om Prakash Mathur. Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Prem Singh Tamang had a dignified presence on this occasion.
Cherishing the memories of the visit, Hon'ble Vice President planted Sikkim's State Tree 'Gurans' at Lokbhavan premises.
The Honorable Governor wished for the happy and auspicious departure of the Honorable Vice President.
Honorable Assembly President, members of the Council of Cabinet, MPs and senior officials of the state were present on this occasion.
