Gangtok, February 4, 2026:
Under the guidance of Mr Tushar G. Nikhare, IAS, District Collector of Gangtok, the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Gangtok, in coordination with EDvantage Learn, is conducting a comprehensive two-day training program on January 4th and 5th for officials at the District Administrative Centre (DAC), Gangtok.
The program focuses on essential topics, including soft skills, personal growth, AI tools, and financial management, to empower participants with practical skills for greater professional effectiveness and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Mr Tushar G. Nikhare urged all attendees to fully leverage these opportunities, stating, “Such programs are vital for building a resilient and skilled workforce capable of addressing modern challenges.”
The sessions featured active participation from DAC officials, delivering interactive and actionable insights.
The event had the presence of Shri Sisum Wangchuk Bhutia, ADC Gangtok, and Ms Bijayata Kharel, Deputy Director, DAC Gangtok along with Mr Vincent Hilton, Founder of EDvantage a globally operating firm based in Gangtok who is serving as the resource person.
