The first day of the Gujarat tour of cooperative leaders - Banas Dairy, a pioneer society in the State of Gujarat.
The team was accorded a warm welcome by the Executive Director, Senior officers of the Banas Dairy and exchanged various points.
The team visited various section-
1. Processing and packaging plant of ice cream unit and Butter.
2. Lab inspection room.
3. Gobar gas plant.
4. Farmers shed comprising of 30 plus cows/ buffalos.
5. Lastly Mumanvas Dairy Society wherein daily 52000 plus collection are being done.
The team interacted and exchanged various inputs with the officials of the Banas Dairy officials, local farmers and the members of the Mumanvas Dairy society.
