A Two-Day Residential Training-Cum-Skill Development Programme under various Animal Husbandry disciplines as part of NLM 2025–26 concludes at Gyalshing District
Gyalshing,November 28:
The first batch of the two-day residential training -Cum- Skill Development programme held on 27th and 28th November,2025 under various Animal Husbandry disciplines as part of National Livestock Mission(NLM) 2025–26 concluded successfully at Zilla Bhawan Kyongsa,today.
The training was organised by the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department,Gyalshing.
The programme was graced on both days by Mr BB Limboo, Additional Director-cum-District Head.
Trainees received training in Poultry, Piggery, Goatery, Dairy, and were sensitized about various Departmental Schemes.

As part of the programme, the farmers were also taken for a farm exposure visit to the Gyaba Piggery and Poultry Farm, where they observed practical management and scientific rearing practices.
The training attended by farmers from various parts of the district actively participated over the two days. It was a fruitful and impactful programme, with participants enthusiastically engaging in the sessions and sharing their positive experiences and learnings.
