Training on District Census Handbook (DCHB) Conducted for Mangan Charge
Mangan, June 25 (IPR): A training programme on the District Census Handbook (DCHB) for Mangan Charge (Rural and Urban) was conducted at the DAC Hall, Mangan today.
The training programme was held under the chairmanship of SDM, Mangan-cum-Charge Officer Mr Sandeep Kumar. The programme was attended by all Village and Town Officials of Mangan Charge, along with the Additional Charge Officer and members of the Census Team, Mangan.
During the programme, the SDM highlighted the significance of the District Census Handbook and emphasised the importance of accurate and comprehensive data collection for effective planning and development.
Resource person Shri Pronay Achariya conducted the training session and provided hands-on guidance to the Village and Town Officials on the preparation and compilation of DCHB data. The session focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of data collection procedures and ensuring uniformity and accuracy in the documentation process.
The programme concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants clarified their queries and shared feedback regarding the census-related activities.
