DC Gyalshing chairs the final review meeting for Independence Day Celebrations-2025

Gyalshing, August 12 (IPR):

The District Collector, Gyalshing, chaired the final review meeting at the DAC Conference Hall today to assess the overall preparedness for the Independence Day celebrations.

The meeting reviewed key arrangements, including the timely distribution of invitations, progress in fund collection, preparation of sports estimates, drafting of meritorious award citations, parade coordination and other preparations in line with the prescribed protocol.

All concerned departments presented their preparedness reports and confirmed the finalisation of the responsibilities assigned to them. The District Collector directed all departments to adhere strictly to their respective duties to ensure the smooth conduct of the celebrations.

With all arrangements finalised, the Independence Day celebrations, a matter of national significance will be observed in a grand manner across Gyalshing District.
