Gangtok, 15 Aug: The High Court of Sikkim celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with patriotic zeal and fervour at the High Court of Sikkim premises.
Hon’ble Chief Justice of Sikkim, Shri Vijai Kumar Bist, hoisted the National Flag on the occasion of 73rd Independence Day.
The recital of National Anthem followed through soon after the unfurling of the flag, which was presented by members of the Bar Association of Sikkim and the employees of High Court of Sikkim.
Also present during the function were Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai (Judge, HCS), Justice Bhaskar Raj Pradhan (Judge, HCS), Mr. N.G. Sherpa (Registrar General, HCS), Mr. K.W. Bhutia (Registrat, HCS), Dr. Doma T. Bhutia (Additional Advocate General), along with members of the Bar Association of Sikkim and the staff of High Court of Sikkim.
