Gyalshing, 04 Apr (IPR): The commissioning of EVMs and VVPATs for the Eight Assembly Constituency was commenced at the Control Room Setup at Girls Senior Secondary School, Kyongsa. It was done in the presence of Shri. Karma R. Bonpo, DC-Cum-RO West; Shri. Faisal Aftab, General Observer West; Shri. Karma L. Lepcha, ADC West; Shri. Tushar G. Nikhare, SDM (HQ); Shri. Gilbert Lepcha, SDM (Gyalshing) and other Officials.
The commissioning of EVMs and VVPATs machines along with Reserve EVMs and VVPATs for the four Constituencies (01 – Yoksam Tashiding; 02 – Yangthang; 03 – Maneybong Dentam and 04 – Gyalshing Barnyak) were successfully completed on 4th April, 2019 in the presence of the political representatives.
