Gyalshing, 26th February, 2019 (IPR): On the last working day of DC west Dr. A. B. Karki, felicitated 3 students who were adjudged as best Essay writers in the Inter Sub-division School Essay Competition which was recently conducted by the HRDD at the Subdivisional level. A sum of Rs. 5000/- to 3 best essay writers from 3 Sub Divsions were handed over by the District Collector in the presence of ADC West Shri. Karma L. Lepcha, Smt. T. Eden Bhutia, Addl. Dir (HRDD) and Dr. Sonam R. Lepcha, SDM Yuksam.
