Three day Training of Trainees and Facilitators (TTF) regarding Leadership and Motivation

Gangtok, January 28: (IPR) A three day Training of Trainees and Facilitators (TTF) regarding Leadership and Motivation kicked off for the upcoming general election at the conference hall of Office of the Chief Electoral Officer today.

The inaugural session was chaired by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Shri R Telang. He was accompanied by Joint Secretary, Ms Roshini Rai.

In his inaugural address, CEO, Shri R. Telang said that regarding election process, all officers has past experiences though this training programme will come up new skills and attitude development. He urged the participants to take full advantage and be the part of conducting free, fair and peaceful election in the state.

Ms Nupur Purohit is the Resource Person from Hero Mindmine Institute, New Delhi for the three day training programme with the objective of empowering people and enhancing their professional skills and attitudes.

The training had the participation of East and North districts Returning Officers, Assistant Returning Officers, Electoral Registration officers, Assistant Electoral Registration Officers, Nodal Officers from the various government departments.

Simultaneously, for South and West district,Training of Trainees and Facilitators is being held at SIRD, Karfectar, South Sikkim.
