The Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya, extended a warm welcome to the Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland, Shri L.A. Ganesan, upon his arrival at Raj Bhavan, Gangtok.
He expressed his delight at hosting the Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland in the picturesque state of Sikkim, known for its serene landscapes and the majestic Mt. Khangchen Djoenga.
During his visit, the Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland will participate in the “Bharat Ko Jano” programme organised by the North East Zone Cultural Centre, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in collaboration with the Cultural Department, Government of Sikkim, at Manan Kendra, Gangtok on June 14, 2024. He will also attend the Border Area Programme at Sherathang on June 15, 2024.
Amongst others at the Raj Bhawan for the reception, the Secretary to the Governor Shri J.D. Bhutia; Secretary Culture Department, Shri Basant Lama; and officers and staff from Raj Bhavan, were also present.
