Mangan, April 11 (IPR): As instructed by the District Election Officer-Mangan District, all the officials of Category 1 (Polling Personnel, Presiding officer and Polling Officer I-V) and Category II (District Police, Polling Personnel and Sikkim Armed Police (SAP) who have applied for Postal Ballot and have yet to cast their votes may kindly please report to Facilitation Centre I at DESME Office on April 12 between 10 am to 6 pm, without fail.
The right to vote is one’s Constitutional Right and all citizens 18yrs and above are encouraged to practice their right to vote.
