Mangan, October 9 (IPR) : Adhakshya, Mangan District, Shri Kado Lepcha chaired a review meeting to analyse and mitigate rescue and relief for the disaster affected areas of the district today at DAC, Mangan. Secretary, RDD, IAS, Shri Tsewang Gyatso Brief analysed reports on the records of various relief camps, zip lines, construction of Bamboo bridges Bailey bridges at assigned locations, relief material’s transportation, medical assistance availability were set forth by the officials of concerned departments.
The importance of transporting relief materials first through zip lines was stressed upon. He also mentioned the need for concerned officials to be stationed near the zip lines and in relief camps to monitor the situation.
