Mangan, October 9 (IPR): After struggling with bad weather since the disaster occurred, the process of air evacuation of stranded tourists and local people needing urgent medical assistance has started from Lachen and Lachung, today.

Army helicopters have carried out sorties from Lachen to Mangan.
1st trip- 15 persons
2nd trip- 15 persons
3rd trip- 13 persons
LACHUNG:
From Lachung, the army helicopters are landing at Pakyong Airport.
1st trip- 42 persons
2nd trip- 07 persons
3rd trip- 24 persons
4th trip- 46 persons
5th trip- 22 persons
6th trip- 46 persons
CHUNGTHANG:
The details of tourist/ locals who have crossed the Log Bridge at Chungthang is 706 persons.
