Mangan, 31 March (IPR): A brief ceremony was held at the office of District Collector Mangan, wherein the District Collector cum Returning Officer Shri Hem Kumar Chettri presented the Certificate of Election to the newly elected Ward Panchayat Ms. Passang Lhamu Sherpa who remained uncontested in her Gram Panchayat Wards of 05 Gairee Ward under 02 Lingchom Tingda.
In his brief address, D.C. congratulated the newly elected Panchayat and wished a successful tenure.
