Pakyong, October 19 (IPR): The scrutiny of documents for nomination papers of candidates who have filed their nominations for the upcoming Panchayat elections 2022 was carried out in the office of District Collector Pakyong cum Returning Officer, Shri Tashi Chophel at DAC Pakyong today.
Out of 466 candidates,74 candidates for Zilla Panchayat and 392 candidates for Ward Panchayats received consent and symbols for participation in the election 2022.

The Assistant Returning Officers who accompanied the DC/RO Pakyong during his scrutiny process were ADC Pakyong-cum-ARO Rhenock, Ms. Anupa Tamling, SDM (HQ) Pakyong-cum-ARO Parakaha, Shri Thendup Lepcha, SDM Pakyong-cum-ARO Pakyong, Shri Tshering Norgyal Theengh, SDM Rongli-cum-ARO Regu, Shri D.S. Subba and SDM Rangpo-cum-ARO Duga, Smt. Sujata Subba.
