Minister Shri Lok Nath Sharma addressed the trainees of five days long training of trainers programme for departmental officers

Gangtok, Sept 19:(IPR)The Hon’ble Minister, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Shri Lok Nath Sharma addressed the trainees of five days long training of trainers programme for departmental officers of directorate of fisheries, this morning.
On the occasion, Shri Sharma also handed over computer accessories to all districts with the view of strengthening the digitization process of working mechanisms in the fisheries sector.
Minister Sharma, in his brief address, extended best wishes to all the newly appointed officials and field functionaries and further advised all trainees to obtain knowledge to be imparted during the five days long training programme, sincerely and utilise in practice.
He suggested to prepare absolute mindset for achieving new heights of success in fisheries sectors for the sole benefit of fish farmers.
Director Shri N Jaswant proposed welcome address and briefed on the overview of the training programme. He also touched upon the ongoing process of transforming working mechanism to e-governance in the fisheries sector and encouraged neely appointed to work online with complete efficiency.
The inaugural ceremony was concluded with the words of gratitude delivered by the Joint Director Shri Lobsang Tamang.
