New Delhi, Sept. 2 (IPR): Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Information and Public Relations and Printing and Stationery Departments, Shri Lok Nath Sharma called on the Hon’ble Minister of State (MoS), Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, Shri B.L. Verma at New Delhi on 1st September 2021.
The Minister apprised the Minister of State on the background of the unique existence of a wide range of natural diversity, enormous tourism potential and scope of establishing the state as a shooting destination. He put forth a proposal for the establishment of Eco-Heritage Film City in Sikkim.
The Minister of State Shri B.L. Verma assured the provision of support for the accomplishment of the project.
Minister Shri Sharma also extended gratitude to the Minister of State to extend the required support as proposed.
