The officers from the Sikkim State General Service Donates to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund


Gangtok, July 02: The officers from the Sikkim State General Service have donated a sum of Rs 2,02,500/= (Rs. Two lakh two thousand and five hundred) to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund towards the fight against COVID-19.

It was a collective effort from the officers of SSGS as a sign of solidarity and support for the Government’s effort to tackle the pandemic in the state. The Hon’ble Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the SSGS family for their kind gesture in these difficult times.

The cheque was handed over by the Principal Director SJEWD, Shri Phuchung Bhutia accompanied by MD Denzong Cooperative, Shri J.C. Namgyal, Addl. Directors, SJEWD, Shri K.S. Bhutia, Mrs Normit Lepcha, DSSL, Shri Milan Subba, and JD. SJEWD, Shri K.L. Lepcha.
