Gangtok, June 10 (IPR): Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang handed over temporary appointment orders to 99 healthcare workers under various categories in a brief programme held at Samman Bhawan today. These individuals have been voluntarily providing their services in the public health sector during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Congratulating the recipients, the HCM extended gratitude to all for their support and voluntary assistance during the unprecedented public health emergency caused by the COVID-19. He expressed that the solidarity exhibited by these individuals through volunteering has been heartening.
He urged all to continue exhibiting collective effort and dedicated services necessary to counter the challenges thrown by the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic.
