Gangtok, April 15: A meeting was conducted at the Conference Hall, District Administrative Centre, Sichey, today.
The meeting chaired by District Collector East Shri Ragul K. was also attended by ADC East Shri Tushar G. Nikhare, ADC (HQ) Shri Hemant Rai, SDPO Gangtok Shri Prakash Subba, SDM Gangtok Shri Tshering Bhutia, officials and staff.
During the meeting, the following few important points were discussed.
1. Hon’ble Chief Minister’s message was conveyed regarding maintaining of punctuality of all employees in the office for public convenience.
2. Sikkim Police will be deployed to adhere to COVID protocols.
3. Proposal of Bio-metric facial recognition for maintaining attendance in DAC office in days to come.
It was also informed in the meeting that the people, who visit the DAC office may ensure physical distancing and adhere to COVID -19 appropriate behavior, keeping in mind the prevailing situation of COVID-19 in the State.
