Gangtok, July 18: In compliance to Office Order No. 1896/DC/E/2020 dated 18.07.2020 issued from the office of the District Collector cum Chairman DDMA, East Sikkim, it is hereby informed to all concerned officers and staff of the Department of Cooperation, Presidents and Board of Directors, and Members of Cooperative Societies that the Department office (Sahakari Bhawan) located at Krishi Bhawan compound, Tadong, shall remain closed till 25th July, 2020, or till further orders.
However, important work shall be looked after from home with due information to the Head of the Department. The officers and staff members, therefore, shall remain available over the phone to meet up exigencies. Further, anyone having any signs of uneasiness or are secondary contacts of the Covid-19 positive person shall immediately report to the Deputy Secretary, Cooperation Department, who shall further coordinate with Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department for further action.
The office shall be reopened duly sanitized and with intimation to the District Administration.
