The Social Justice and Welfare Department looks after children in difficult circumstances who are housed in various Child Care Institutions under the Child Protection Scheme. Children as we know are most susceptible to stress more so during the present Corona crisis. Hence in order to channelise the energies of the children into a creative and positive dimension, during the lockdown period, it is holding an art and creative writing contest for them.
