Gangtok, 16 Sept (IPR): Brahma Kumaris, an NGO dedicated to human welfare, organised an interfaith, motivational programme at the conference hall of Tashiling Secretariat today.
During the programme, Sister Sonam emphasised on the importance of spiritual response and preparation for critical times. She shared the importance of thoughts and how to create the required change of mindset. She explained that our consciousness both individuality and collectively is the basis for everything that happens and one should be able to focus on check and change.
She further said that time management, tolerance and right time for action can change our daily life policies. She concluded by highlighting the importance of meditation and building solidarity to take responsible decision to protect human at critical times.
Earlier, there was a presentation on spiritualism and meditation. The programme has been organised with a view to impart spiritual knowledge which would ultimately help each individual to deliver better work performance with stable and healthy mind.
Additional Chief Secretary, Shri G.P. Upadhaya, Secretaries, Joint Secretaries from various departments, officials and members of the Brahma Kumaris were present for the event.
